Its principals are Ambassador George Bruno who has served as Chief of Mission, senior member of the US team responsible for the transfer of the Panama Canal related facilities, and senior aide at the Pentagon dealing with civil-military emergency planning.  He has experience solving problems in over 40 countries; and Michael Johnson, an international lawyer, war crimes prosecutor, and co-founder of the Institute for Justice Sector Development; and Heather Jarvis, a lawyer and consultant, who has experience meeting the needs of individuals and businesses throughout the United States, as well as northern and central Europe and China.
